Thank you to all the parent volunteers and students that participated in the School BBQ. 


Last Day of School: Reminder that the last day of school is on this Wednesday, June 27th (tomorrow).  

Report Cards: Students will receive their second term report cards before the final bell to end the school year. 

Lost and Found: Please remind your child to look through clothing and other personal items in the gathering area.  

Indoor Shoes: Students should take home their shoes and any other belongings.

Learning Commons: Overdue books must be returned tomorrow.

Skating Hello Royal Oak School Parents and Guardians! Your son and/or daughter will be bringing home a letter soon telling you about our Skating Activity that will take place March 14, 15 and 16 th . We are looking for several volunteers to help with tying skates, assisting on the ice, walking with classes from the school to the outdoor rink and helping with the skate shack. We are very fortunate to have booked the KidSport skate shack and we will need a few volunteers organizing and managing the skates and helmets. Friday Sept. 15th - Our week in review!

Happy Friday!! We have had a busy week! Check our mail folders today because we have our home journals to share. Please remember to write your child a little note back in the journal. In Math, we started working on the "Candy Problem". How many different ways can 3 kids share 8 candies? Take a look at how we organized our work on the Smartboard! We also worked on Sorting objects into groups. How many different ways can we sort buttons?? Shape, Size, Colour, Number of holes, etc. Important Reminders! **All blue forms that have gone home this week need to be returned ASAP.  **Conferences are on Thursday evening and Friday morning. Please book online ASAP and see the office if you do not have your My CBE account set up.  **Library books can be returned anytime. This week we will be setting up for the book fair so the students will NOT be taking out new books this week.
