Our bean seeds went crazy over the weekend. We have been acting like scientist and taking observations everyday. Our observations can only be what we see, hear, smell or feel with our senses.

Willy Wonka!! 
Thank you to everyone at Pratt who made today possible. The grade 1's loved Willy Wonka and were so excited to share their favourite moments in writing today. 


Stampede Pancake Breakfast (May 25) 
We are excited that the Calgary Stampede Downtown Attractions Breakfast Committee will be hosting a FREE Stampede Pancake Breakfast for our entire school community on Friday May 25th. This event will begin at 7:30am and pancakes will be served until approximately 8:30 am. Families are encouraged to come early to enjoy this free event and stay to socialize till approximately 9am.

****Home Reading****
Tuesday May 15 will the last book exchange for our home reading program, this will allow the staff to take inventory and get things organized for the end of the year.

Due to a zoo field trip, if you have a student in Daniels, Barley (Pereira) or Plaixin’s grade 1 classes, and you’ve ordered fun lunch for June 11th, your order has been cancelled. If the order has been prepaid, you will receive a credit on your hot lunches account.
